酒店整体很棒，地理位置优越就是早餐不得不吐槽一下，早餐是填表送餐 填的是9点送餐可是10点还没来，（期间打了两通电话给前台答复是马上送过去！）我们实在不能在等了就离开了！真心表示无语！！！！

Cozy space for a fun weekend getaway

It was my first time visiting Philadelphia and this was an affordable and conveniently located stay. At first my partner was a little skeptical of a place with no personnel on site 24/7, but he was pleasantly surprised with everything. It was easy to access the building and room, everything was secure and clean. We appreciated the size of the room, and the mini fridge as well - we were busy all day and it was great to have space for snacks and water. The location was fantastic - lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, and tourist spots were easily accessed. SUPER appreciative of all the parking options nearby, including a lot across the street that we could see from the windows of the hotel. A great stay! Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Place was def cute and in a good area felt really comfortable walking around great choices of food places if ur a foodie just make sure u do ur check in soon as u get there or u will get locked outta ur room we did but they fixed it right away which was awesome would def recommend staying here cause i would again!!!

Rooms are fine, but recently big software issues

Have stayed here many times and the place is good, but recently they’ve done a tie-up with Marriott that has totally screwed up their app and website. Impossible to find your booking, and since this is a place where there is no front desk and everything is done online, getting my code to enter the building and apartment was a pain. Will stop staying here for a few months till software issues are fixed.

Poor communication, frustrating check-in

The check in process ended up being a mess. I received an email the day of my arrival that there was an issue at the original property and that we were being moved. There was a different confirmation code, but when I tried to use it in the Sonder app, it said there was no reservation linked with that code. I still had not received my access code, so I called to speak with someone. The representative was friendly and professional, but they added to the confusion by telling me that we actually were staying at the original property and that I needed to complete an authorization form for incidentals. After several hours I still had not received an access code, so I followed up through the chat option in the Sonder app. I was given a third, different confirmation code and finally received my access code. The whole experience was frustrating because it preoccupied way too much time on my first day of the trip. The communication was poor and I was disappointed by the experience. On a positive note, I did appreciate the fact that they were able to move us to a hotel that was very close to the original property. The room was fine, not quite as clean as I would expect from a Marriott property. The location was great, very close to a subway station and surrounded by dining options. Overall my main issue was the poor experience and confusion around how to receive my access code and the amount of time it took to resolve everything after a long day of travel.

Nice room in a not so nice place

Roma are nice and comfortable. Especially the bed. However, the location is in a very noisy, dirty location (4 to 5 trash cans at the entry and next to the Patco subway entry: an open air latrine). The elevator was broken all my stay and we had to enter from the emergency door that was stack most of the time. The room was noisy because of the noise from people drunk on the street and the HVAC.

Amamos nossa estadia!

Adoramos nossa estadia, o quarto era super confortável, chuveiro com água super quentinha, só achamos a água um pouco fraca, mas de resto extremamente confortável e limpo! Tinham amenities, tinha secador de cabelo no quarto, super potente, estação do metrô ao lado do hotel e super de fácil acesso pros pontos principais da cidade. O quarto é LINDO DEMAIS, a cama super confortável, o quarto é bem espaçoso, tem frigobar e cafeteira e tábua com ferro pra passar roupa. Pra acessar o prédio e o apartamento você faz um pré cadastro com reconhecimento facial e chega um código, super prático e fácil!

Interior of the hotel is very clean and well-kept. Area could be quite loud at night until around 2-3 AM, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. No staff on site and responses via email were hit-and-miss. During a four night visit, the elevator broke and was down for the rest of the stay and I received an email warning that some units were having AC problems (mine was fine).

Rcvd an email the day before check-in, cancelling our reservation that we had for months because of some HVAC issue at the hotel. No alternative offered. Not even alternative Marriott options. Had to scramble to make arrangements. Frustrating.
