The refrigerator didn’t work.. they only gave out one face cloth to Wash up with.. the shower drain was clogged up…didn’t drain properly..one day we didn’t have any hot water in our building #2… they only had sheets on the bed, no comforter.. they painted the roof in building two, and when I came back from outside, there was all type of dirt debris all over my room in the bed in my suitcase… if you booked this resort, ask them not to put you in building two It wasn’t a good experience at all.

We stayed there from 12/07 to 12/13. The staff was super friendly and they’re working hard! Everyone is smiling and trying to help you. The rooms were cleaned everyday Entertainment shows were great and fun! Overall great resort. The ceiling fan needed to be fixed and the staff member fixed it the same day within an hour, Cute little resort , adults only. Would highly recommend it to my friends.

Food was not that great. It’s just a basic place with 2 pools right next to each other. The beach is alright along you will have to do everything yourself (get drinks, your chair, towels). The staff was amazing. Rooms are very basic and also you can hear EVERYTHING.

While our overall stay was nice and I would rate the accommodations as average, we had a HORRIBLE experience as we were leaving. After checking out, a staff member asked us when our transfer would be arriving to pick us up. I informed him that I had just ordered an Uber and it was on the way. He then told me that the hotel didnt allow Ubers to come pick up guests. They had taxis waiting for those that needed them outside. Well, these taxis charge $35 per ride to the airport while an Uber costs about $5. So we happily said that we would simply walk off the property to meet our Uber. This staff member said, well you can try. As soon as we walked across the street, two taxi drivers got out of their cars and began calling to us to come with them. We politely said no thank you. One man came over to us and asked if we had ordered an Uber. I said yes. He then stated that Ubers would not pick up there. It was taxi only. We stated that we were fine and that we would walk to meet our driver. At this point another driver came over and began trying to convince us that Ubers would not come to pick us up. At this point our driver arrived and this man literally got into his taxi and blocked our Uber while another taxi driver blocked the back of his car! He then came and began harassing our driver telling him that he wasn't allowed to take us to the airport. They refused to let us move until my husband said he was calling the police. The hotel should care more about the safety of guests. :(

This was my second time going to Blue Bay in 3 years. Love the staff and love the peace. The food is great, but they definitely limited the quality of drinks. They now have a “premium bar”. Most likely due to the tourism changes in the past years. BUT other than that, clean beach, pool and the staff are all super respectful and hospitable.Will continue to return.

El hotel ofrece una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en relación calidad-precio. Las diversas actividades durante el día y la noche, especialmente los juegos en el área de la piscina y la playa, hacen la estadía mucho más amena. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias, y el personal es extremadamente amable. En especial, quiero destacar la atención del joven Jordy en recepción, así como la excelente animación de Alfredo y la joven Rossi. Definitivamente, volveremos.
