The laundry service did not meet my needs. There was a washer in unit but it smelled so bad I didn’t feel like I could put my clothes in there. There was also visible mold around the door of the machine.

Room is clean and spacious with a good view from the balcony. Check in is 4pm, but when I arrived just after 5pm, the concierge didn’t have my key as the cleaner still had it and they couldn’t get hold of them. Check-in is done online via an email link. I didn’t get a confirmation of check-in with room number as I should have done. Had an email overnight telling me there will be a late checkout fee if I don’t hand the key back by 11am. Seems a bit of a cheek after not having my room ready for over an hour after check in time. Overall a nice room, but a poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and will be avoiding it myself in future.

You can’t beat the location. The condo was nice, clean and spacious. The building elevators were broken so only one of the 3 elevators worked which caused long wait times or taking the stairs. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

de business suite was prachtig en voor mij iig van alle gemakken voorzien! ik zat op de 41e etage en had een prachtig uitzicht, enige "nadeel" de lift, groot gebouw / veel mensen dus het kan wat lang duren zeker op spitstijden! locatie is PERFECT, veel dingen op easy loopafstand. als ik nog een keer naar Toronto ga, dan zal ik opnieuw boeken!

We booked an extra day at the start of our trip to Toronto and the host made it very easy - great communication. I was a bit apprehensive to pay the large security deposit before we got to the building so we actually did all the pre check in form stuff in the lobby but it was very straightforward

Horrible "hotel". Communication with staff was horrible, check in and out absolutely awful and they advertise a pool yet it is ONLY for long term residents of the building!! The balcony on the room did not have any chairs, so we went and bought 2 camping chairs just so we could sit outside and left them there due to travelljng for the next guests to use. The room was dirty and overall the worst accommodation experience we've ever had on holidays!!! Book elsewhere, these people do not care about customers.

Lovely apartment in a central location in great condition however the convoluted process of checking in with security guards and no hotel staff was tedious and a bit confusing. There was one working elevator out of 3 for our busy and 4 day stay and we were informed it had been this way for a previous 5 weeks. This caused a lot of inconvenience and tension amongst travelers and detracted from what should have been a great experience. This one elevator had to service 27 floors and wait times exceeded half an hour during check in and check out times. We chose to walk up and down the 10 flights to our lovely room but others could not have done so.

It took just under 2 hours to check in. The staff at the desk might be the most unhelpful group I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Around 20 folks had issues checking in. The communication with the renter and the folks at the desk is zero percent. It’s an apartment building that a bunch of individuals rent out via apps. And it’s a complete mess. Many folks also waiting hours. The folks tell you to just go to the desk, but you need an email sent to the desk. So you call, and no one picks up. I was texted almost 2 hours after I finally got in that my place was ready. Thanks, too little too late. A cleaner took hours to clean the place. At a time when we should have been checked in already. There was no Parking. Even though it said there was. The staff didn’t care, and didn’t help. So we had to go find a parking lot a block away. The elevators were over worked and slow. There was a lineup out of the building just to get on one of the 6 elevators. That’s right. 6 of them. And it took 30ish minutes just to get on the elevator. Then another 10 as it went up and down at random till I finally got to my floor. We were charged almost the same amount for the damage deposit as the room! That’s outrageous. For a place that was two hour late in getting to us? And then you get an email that really pushes that you do your own clean up and take out the garbage!?!? Plus an email after you get in that says your check out is 11am so check out before 11am or get charged!?
