Stayed here before my Torres del Paine backpacking! Great spot! Easy to get to the town square. Great spot to explore. Breakfast was yummy and beds were comfy!

Everything from the staff to the room was fantastic! We stayed here before and after our backpacking trip in Torres Del Paine! They held our bags during our trek. Room was spotless and so clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious and great! The space is centrally located and walkable to a lot of different restaurants! High recommend!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, and they even accommodated our earlier time! The beds were very comfortable. Overall clean, but could use some deeper cleaning. We would come back here again.

Great Stay in Puerto Natales

The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!

A bit rough and ready!

The property was not very well maintained. The shower was wonky, and repairs were being done poorly. We had a long day of traveling and were happy to be there. Pluses...The bed was comfortable and clean, and their breakfast was very nice. Freshly baked breads! Good Coffee!

En general buena atención y amabilidad del personal, desayuno suficiente La habitación con muy linda vista pero pequeña y regular manutención. Definitivamente lo que no nos haría regresar es el baño, demasiado pequeño y la ducha aún más, con una cortina que se apega al cuerpo cuando te duchas. Definitivamente mala relación precio calidad.

Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, especially the shower, but good value for the money. Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee all day. Great service all around. We stayed there a total of 4 nights before and after our hike. Luggage storage was safe and convenient. Hotel was just minutes from the main square and waterfront.
