Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel and rooms are stunning, with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and TVs. The rooftop area is fantastic, and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay.

This was an amazing place. Great location, safe and peaceful. The staff was so kind and nice. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Also very clean..i loved my stay here. Only thing is that it has no elevator, but the staff was amazing at carrying our luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this hotel from the room, the smell they put in the air to make your stay feel even more luxurious, to the attentive staff. Amazing bar, breakfast and snacks. Perfect for couples or even a solo traveler. Would definitely book again!

Casa Luciana is a small boutique hotel in a great location. This is not your typical big chain hotel. Pretty sure there are only 8 rooms. Our room and stay there was great. Staff was friendly with no issues at all during the 5 nights we were there. Just note they do not serve dinner there, pretty sure it is only breakfast which is included with your stay. The check-in process was odd, not bad, just not something we have done before. No issues checking out, quick review of the additional items, we had a bottle of wine 2 nights and massages at the spa. If your looking for a quiet boutique hotel, I would highly recommend this one.

Communication was terrible. I tried to contact them through various different means over several months beforehand and got no response. I then had to have guests who were leaving let us in upon arrival as we were stuck on the street with no comms as to how to get in. The room itself was nice (though freezing) and the staff were very friendly. However, again, there was a major communication issue the day we were leaving. We stored bags and made clear we would be back at 9pm however on our return the staff on shift had not been made aware of this and the masseuses had locked our bags in the room they were working in and refused to open the door. The poor staff member tried but they outright ignored him. Why on earth these people did not apply common sense and remove the bags beforehand is beyond me. It took over an hour of us pleading and trying to get the bags to the point they were asking if we could get our commercial flight moved back an hour?? We finally got our bags and luckily managed to get our bags checked in at the airport after explaining the situation. This was beyond ridiculous and despite being a great place on the face of it, the horrific communication means I would not recommend this to others.
