The stay was excellent. The apartment is close to restaurants and bakeries, with easy access to everything. The building has a modernist/brutalist architecture, and the apartment itself has a clean, cozy style. The balcony is spacious and perfect for having a glass of wine or just watching life go by outside. It’s a bit noisy from the street, but nothing that affected my sleep. Check-in and check-out are easy and very well explained. Highly recommend!

Lovely room in a great location, but communication wasn’t great- I was told I was in one room but had a key for another and took ages to get confirmation of where I should be (late the night of my arrival when I as exhausted). I was then told I could store my luggage “at reception”, but the building has no reception and I was not able to get further clarification so I had to pay for storage nearby.

studio apartment with fridge, microwave, stovetop and oven. Couch and large bed, patio overlooking the street and bathroom with standing shower and bidet. Comfortable and great value, also located directly in Palermo with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, stores or anything you may need.

Room has all basic including kitchen area that is needed for staying for 2-4 weeks. Nice location. Balcony was nice touch. Safe and secure entrance. Friendly people especially housekeepers Catalina and Agustina. Since it is not a hotel there is no regular fresh towels. I think it would be nice to inform people about the process and what to expect and when.

We booked this last minute as we had to leave our hotel by noon and our flight wasnt untill 11pm. We used it for a late afternoon rest and shower before going to the airport after a hot day walking around BA. This place was an amazing value. Easy check in and good communication on Whatsapp. Very secure entrance. A large studio with a big, clean bathroom and walk-in shower. A large balcony/terrace. Full size fridge freezer and a studio style kitchen. Safe for valuables. Great area for walking - tons of bars/restaurants etc but also minisupermarkets if you stay longer than we did. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a very desirable location, in the middle of the Palermo neighborhood - nice stores, restaurants nearby. However, the experience was marred by the stressful check in process - was asked to contact 24 hrs. before check in, then had to complete a link that would not open, did not receive final apartment info until the morning of check in, etc. It was so hush hush, felt like I was part of an espionage movie... too much for a simple hotel stay! Staff I interacted over text, phone, and in person were pleasant enough, but check in process needs to simplified!.

Nice Apartment

It was difficult not having someone to check you in. It took some time to open the lock box. No coffee or tea etc...just a room. The help desk wasn't also available. I bashed into the main doors as it was super clean. Please put a sign as the inside and outside look the same. Dangerous!!!

There was 2 room booked. When we arrived there was other people in one of our rooms. It was a very unconfortable situation because I was able to open the door and see the other people sleeping inside the room. Because of the situation my entire family slept in only one room using the floor in a very unconfortable stay. Communication was good but they could not fix the situation for us. I asked for total refund since I did not received what I pay for.
