Jade was gracious and helpful upon our arrival and during check-in. She was well prepared with info that answered any questions about the amenities and surrounding areas. She provided written instructions on how to operate the room's heating system, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. We were very pleased and impressed with her presentation.

The Surf Inn is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the quiet and quaint room that we stayed in. The office manager, Jade, was warm and friendly. She went the extra mile to suggest places for us to visit on our way up to Fort Bragg. Also, the state-of-the-art coffee machine in the lobby brews delicious flavored coffee! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

While this is a small property and rooms are not large it is a very nice property. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much. They have also put back into place a nice grab and go breakfast with quite a few options.
