The room was nothing like what was advertised. It wasnt clean. The walls were moldy. If you like mold, then this is the spot for you. As soon as I walked into the room, I knew it was a red flag, but I had no other choice, as all the hotels were sold out on Christmas Eve. I woke up coughing up mucus; I was afraid the mold had affected me. My voice was groggy. I asked to be checked out and for the remainder of my payment to be refunded to me, but they refused. I called Expd to request my refund, and they said they could not help me. Expd would not correct the issue, but instead wants their guests to stay in a hazardous environment, even after showing them pictures as evidence of the health hazard. I have contacted my lawyers.
