Forced to stay at downgraded rooms and rude staff
We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights.
The reception is rude and not even understand English. The breakfast staff is rude, too.
The blue sheet is dirty.
Will never come back.
