This place is so unique and we loved the experience overall. Very relaxing and out of the way. Good place to unwind. It’s starting to get a bit run down but the rooms are so cool and the view from our beach front room was incredible. We loved outdoor bathroom & the shower (great water pressure and temperature was good) The Good stuff; OMG the food was incredible overall!… catch of the day lightly fried was amazing! Their burger is a must (it was recommended by other friends and yes WOW) Ceviche- amazing! Shrimp guacamole- fantastic! Passionfruit margs - yummy! The outdoor dining area is wonderful, We enjoyed the bar, but seats hurt your bum and back after awhile. The staff really need to up their game. Honestly except for 1 or 2 bartenders the staff barely smiled, didn’t help with our bags, the reception greeting was NOT great, we felt that we were bothering them. Nobody told us about spa services or asked if we wanted to book anything (and we were there 2 nights). No one gave us a map or told us where everything was on the grounds we just had to walk around and figure it out. The outdoor dining area is wonderful, but the indoor area was never set up to eat and felt like a staff area. They kept asking us if we wanted to eat in there but it was never set up. They can work on their service overall. Would come back for the food but not the service. 1 hr from Merida 1 hr from Merida airport

Bonita y relajante experiencia

Lugar bonito y perfecto para el descanso, sin TV y sin internet en las habitaciones solo en espacios comunes. Frente al mar, playa tranquila. Solo sugeriría más opciones de bebidas específicamente refrescos y cervezas, también deberían preguntar si festejas algo para organizarte algún detalle extra en caso que lo solicites. Todo lo demás excelente.

Nada satisfecho, no pudimos utilizar la alberca por que estaba muy sucia , el mismo personal nos dijo que no se le había dado limpieza, tuvimos que dejar la habitación por que nos quedamos sin luz y no nos dieron opción!!! a 38C sin tener ventilación y sin agua corriente es una locura!!, seguramente no querrán reembolsarnos la última noche que ya estaba pagada!!!,m tuvimos que irnos de ahí por que además apagaron la planta de emergencia por que se estaba calentando ... háganme el favor !!! no lo recomiendo !!!!!

Escape de fin de semana

Tiene mucho potencial de mejora!! Es una propiedad preciosa, la Gerenta es un encanto, pero hubieron algunos detalles que podrian cuidar y ser todo nivel Tulum!!! Como por ejemplo la musica!! Hubo un momento que hasta musica navideña había en pleno marzo, de igual manera nos cobraron en todas las cuentas de mas. Claro que como lo checabamos nos lo cancelaron al momento pero y si no? La camarista nos abrio la puerta aun teniendo el aviso de No molestar. En fin sin esos tres detalles todo lo demás es bello! La playa, las habitaciones, la comida muy rica.

Nunca me había hospedado en un hotel de este tipo, pero lo volvería hacer en este hotel, debido a la hospitalidad, excelente calidad de los alimentos y bebidas y distinguido servicio prestado por todos los colaboradores. This is unique beach resort. Not for everyone, but if you need three days of exclusion on a beautiful beach with a funky and welcoming space, this is a great bet. I’d go back just for that reason!
