6/10 Good

Room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom was so small I had to walk in sideways (I’m 6’ tall and 170 pounds) not a big guy at all. Also the toilet is halfway under the sink and you have to be a contortionist to sit on it!

Check in one hour late, room wasn't ready in time. We reserved a 2 people room and they gave us for 5 people and the toilet had a lik ... We couldn't sleep because the elevator noise all over the night.

Good location

6/10 Good

Up Tribeca was significantly nicer than this property for only a few dollars more per night. I guess this place is fine if you absolutely need to be in this location but don’t wait to spend $100s a night.

Good for sleeping

Was only for a night. View onto a wall. No plug in the bathtub. Location is good for AEP airport early in the morning. Good for sleeping as its possible to black out all light.

Basic Room

Basic room, had a/c but no amenities. Super noisy, hears noise from the elevators all night. Staff was friendly. The location is excellent

location is good, but rooms are dirty, walls are so thin you can hear people in other rooms talk and watch tv, and wifi is absolutely terrible
Lorenz, 5-night trip

Price was great. location perfect. but the room qas really smelly, impossible to bread. Bathroom awful outdated.
Matias, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or after checking out. Great value for the price.
Michael, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very noisy, old fashion designed room. I would not recommend this Hotel
David, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Stained carpets, holes in the blankets, debris floating out of the shower. A very gross and uncomfortable stay
Scott, 2-night trip

Ok
Ricardo, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Dirty, disgusting, outdated. Location and internet speed were great, but the hotel itself and the room condition are horrible!
Aleksandr, 2-night trip

Incorrect address, comfortable stay

The hotel is not in the indicated address on hotels.com. It is formerly known as the Promenade hotel, which is still on the front of the establishment. The correct address is 443 Manuel Taurcoto I believe. Other than that issue it was a good stay. The staff stated they have only been opened for 2 weeks so if you are a guest be patient with them.
Gilbert, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Historic but uncomfortable

Pros: beautiful art deco era building with what looks like original furniture and fixtures in good location. Nice staff. Cons: uncomfortable mattresses, no in-room boiling water pot, no in-room coffee, no window screens, no shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion dispensers. Common area (former bar) has useless coffee machine and nonsensical wall decor; would be better converted to a for-purchase snack bar with old pictures of Buenos Aries on walls and no stupid tiny plastic-cup coffee machine.
