Trip with 2 grandsons before school returns. Room was awesome for the 4 of us. Separate bedroom with 2nd tv made for relaxing evenings for everyone, after spending the days at the beach. Great breakfasts with lots of choices. Nice pool for before bed swim. Friendly staff, clean well maintained rooms. Absolutely nothing to complain about!!

7nights family visit from Montreal

We've spent an amazing week at this hotel. The staff was caring, kind and efficient. The pool, bbq, patio set and mini putt area were great for our family, especially our small kids. We had everything we needed in our room, from cooking to washing to sleeping. My only cons are: - The lack of variety for breakfast in the hot section (always eggs, potatoes, sausages, beans) even though the eggs/sausages were a bit different from time to time, I think some other items should be added in the rotation (such as pancakes, french toast, etc) - Even though, during the weekdays, housekeeping staff would come and ask us if we needed new towels and our trash cans to be emptied, they never came inside the room while we were there, which was fine, but when we needed the livingroom and kitchen to be broomed and mopped, we asked for it, no one came, so my husband had to run to find a tiny broom from one of the housekeepers and she didn't have a dust collector. She said she'd bring it to us once she'd find it, but never came back, so we had to leave the dust in a corner of the room until we left, 3 days later. We're very happy with everything that was available to us, especially the free laundrymat. When my son made an accident in his bed during our 1st night, they came as quick as possible to change the whole bedding, which was truly appreciated. The cold section of the breakfast was perfect with it's selection of bread, cereals, yogurt, waffles, etc Great location, near many stores.

Room was very nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast on day of check out did not have many options for the cooked eggs. The hard boiled eggs my husband tried was a bit frozen. Overall we had a good restful stay.

Horrible place to stay.

Mice stay at this hotel is I will never stay here again. The beds are so uncomfortable. The coffee pot and toaster are filthy. Couldn’t even use them or door. Lock wouldn’t even let us in. Had to get them to reprogram the card. Their breakfast was like eating rubber. So final comment is I would not ever stay at this hotel again for the amount of money they charge in the condition of their bed and appliances and water pressure sucks also. All their stains in the couch.

Not enough beds for families with several kids.

Where do I start? Went to check in and found out the room we booked (1 king and 2 double beds 2 bedroom suite ) no longer existed due to recent Remo’s. When I mentioned that my 3 kids (mixed genders) couldn’t share a king sized bed together they says we can give you a cot and one of the kids can sleep on the couch. The cot is not SAFE at all see the photo provided I used a stuffed animal to show what happened to my daughter whom slept in it. The springs are too far apart. My daughter moves a lot and ended up getting her head wedged under the bar and edge of mattress! I woke up to literally screams of panic! When I mentioned it the person at first said oh okay that’s it! The second night I put the mattress on the floor to avoid any further issues. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bedroom suite was camped as we had to modify the room so everyone could sleep properly. The breakfast was ok nothing over the top but food went fast. The hours could be a touch longer (630-930) Housekeeping was super polite and did amazing to keep our room clean s as nd restocked. However not enough towels or blankets. Overall decent room but slightly overpriced. Cots need to be removed and updated. Location is great but hotel sits in a cluster of other hotels.

Hotel was located in a nice area close to plenty of food options. It was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown depending on exactly where you were headed. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately some amenities were unavailable for a large portion of our stay (wi-fi/television).

Newly remodeled hotel

Recently renovated hotel. Everything was new and it suited us just fine. Had a great breakfast and the room was clean. Pool and workout area were also nice. The only downfall, and it’s minor. But, the hallways weren’t swept the entire time we were there and the same dirt, dog hair and food were there the entire stay. But, this hotel was very nice! It was great for our family!

The Staybridge hotel was absolutely amazing! We loved the outside space to be able to have the option to sit outside. Our room was gorgeous and very clean and spacious for our family. The staff were excellent. We will definitely be staying there again and again

It was a great hotel, loved our stay. When I booked online there was no mention about where to add if I was staying with a pet so they charged me an extra 75, they never said that also included tax, and they charged me extra for my dog to stay with tax. And now there’s a pending charge on my credit card as well and I have no idea why, there is no reason for this charge…
