Best Western-Best Choice

We only stayed overnight; however, the curb appeal, lobby, hallways, rooms and breakfast area were excellent. We were a very late arrival, and the Manager was gracious and offered us an extra hour on checkout. We really appreciated that. We were able to get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable, clean room. I love the extra counter and sink outside the bathroom. A woman definitely designed theses rooms! We go up to Gaylord every Wednesday before the Labor Day weekend and need a room for just one night before checking into our long weekend lodging, and we have found our permanent Hotel!

Nice in the rooms… tired looking outside.

Lobby and halls are a bit old and tired. BUT the rooms are clean and renovated. Good AC. Clean linens. Clean bathroom. Fridge. Comfy beds. ( We didn’t eat the free breakfast but it looked fine) Very expensive due to location and Friday night.

Don't Stay Here

The hotel itself was a typical hotel. Front desk people were great upon check in. However, we will never stay at this hotel again! We went down for breakfast and the cream cheese for the bagels was left on the counter and got warm. We asked for cold ones and the lady literally started yelling at us so we simply left. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life! Then, we went to say something at the front desk and the guy there obviously didn't care at all and told us to go online and fill out a review.
