Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, Mamilla shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Old City. Unfortunately the war broke out while there but the staff were extremely helpful and provided is with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back.

recently stayed at the Gloria Hotel in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, with top-notch services and a very convenient location. Nestled inside the Old City walls, it's just a 10-minute walk to major attractions like the Western Wall, Temple Mount, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The staff were amazing, available 24/7, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The people who run the hotel are extremely lovely! The location is amazing.. you truly can’t ask for better. It’s a quick walk to the location most tours pick up at, and it’s easy to walk to every site inside old city Jerusalem.

A beautiful hotel, although old, renovated with everything you need, even a bathtub! Inside the old city, be prepared to leave your car in a parking garage. Breakfast was delicious and the personal made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Just perfect!

The Gloria hotel is a hidden gem within the old Jerusalem area. As a tourist and my first time going to see Jerusalem they were fantastic. They had information for me they were able to help us with anything we needed if it wasn't for the staff at the Gloria hotel I don't think I would have had such a great time visiting Jerusalem. I would like to personally thank everyone who worked at that hotel it was beyond immaculate your service was exceptional and beyond thank you for the bottom of my heart it was fantastic.

The only negative I would give is that my mornings were a nightmare to sleep in as housekeeping were either pounding at my door and also as I was close to lift, the guests would make alot of noise talking loudly in passageway.

Habitación cómoda pero no entiendo porqué cuando pides 2 camas individuales las ponen juntas; el desayuno rico pero diario hacen lo mismo, vendría bien variedad. El personal en su mayoría amable, solo un recepcionista un poco déspota. La peor experiencia fue con mi coche rentado, le pegaron en el estacionamiento y nadie se hizo responsable ni para ver los videos.

Le meilleur Hôtel de la vieille ville, directement sur les remparts de la porte de Jaffa, à 10 minutes du St Sépulcre. Parking, petit déjeuner, service incroyable bref le sans faute. N’hésitez pas à demander conseil à la direction, ils sont à suivre à la lettre. Bref, extraordinaire, surtout à Jérusalem…
