Conveniently located!

<5 minute walking distance to the Termini station. Old hotel facilities. Rooms are reasonably clean. No Lobby area, the hotel registration was somewhat difficult to find. The staff were not as friendly as most other 3 star hotels.

Good location, bad breakfast

The location is quite well, but better to download the map before you go. It quite near to the metro and it take around 3 mins. Lot of restaurants along the central street, and you can have a dinner here and the price is reasonable. The bathroom is quite small but it is clean. The only one bad thing is the breakfast, it is not fresh and not tasty. But it is good to have a free coffee in the morning.

Väldigt smutsigt rum, myror på golvet och i sängen, smutsiga väggar. Dålig service. Rummet vi bokade skulle enligt bilderna vara en svit, men vi fick ett litet vanligt hotellrum. Obekväm säng och kuddar som verkar vara gjorda av skummadrass. Rummet är otroligt lyhört och det hördes både utifrån stökiga gatan och när gästerna bredvid duschade. Övrigt så hörde man ofta ett borrande/ ringande ljud från när andra gäster spolade toaletten. Väldigt besvikna och kommer inte bo här igen.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel area is nice, but extremely loud. I am a light sleeper, and every night I was woken up to loud banging coming from outside. If you are a larger person, be ready to have to squeeze through hallway doors. The room was nice. It did have a bad ant problem (we never had food in the room, so we were able to deal with them). There are several restaurants within a 5 min walking distance (including several on the street the hotel is on). The Metro stop is about a 5-7 minute walk and was easy to find. I would stay here again.

This is not a hotel. This is a room that is a block away from the Hotel (Hotel Sonya). The smell was terrible. Dank. The layout was also poor. The "bathroom" is down a steep set of Marble stairs. The plumbing was not correct. Toilet - Bidet was not plumbed properly and flushing the toilet would "gurgle" in the bidet. The flooring was falling apart. The bathroom door would not fully close or latch. The shower was a stand alone stall that was slippery and old. Steam (?) does not work. The gym had a treadmill, and incline board, and 3 dehumidifiers. The treadmill does not work. The location was close to the train station, if that is what you are looking for.

The listing includes pictures not of this hotel. the room we stayed in had BED BUGS, which obviously affected our vacation. We lost hot water the second day, the WiFi did not work, we had a bug infestation that the staff indicated was our fault for having food in our room. Why would i not be able to have food in my hotel room? the A/C did not work and made noises while we slept. There was a window in our shower that looked directly into a persons bedroom! The elevator did not work. the trash was over flowing and it smelled like urine. the dust was off the charts. We were booked for 8 night and couldn't take it after 5. we left and the property refused to refund the full amount after we found that my son and I suffered multiple bed bug bites. There was NO customer service here, only deflecting the responsibility back to us somehow. Absolutely terrible experience when we were to have a beautiful family vacation, instead we were subjected to awful conditions. The beds were uncomfortable.
