I was assigned a room fitted for disabled person. I did not need that type setup. The water in the toilet continuously ran, and would flush without being flushed even during the night. And it would completely flush. Front desk sent someone to fix it but it didn't fix the problem. After the bathroom not being fixed, I asked to be moved to a different room and was told there was no other available room but a swap of rooms could be done although I would need to remove my belongings by check-out (11:00) so someone could go in to clean. The following day I was told that someone had provided me the wrong information - they could not move us to another room. After a lengthy conversation by phone and during my work hours, front desk said they could assign us a different room. It was an inconvenience and took time out of my already limited work time to deal with the issue.
