Greeted really well from the reception, explained everthing that was needed, to reference to the area. Hotel room was lovely and lived up to the expectations. Breakfast was really good and both ladies really looked after you well, anything you asked for they was keen to help. Very chatty and nice. Used the spa on the last day, is a 18 euro cost but is a nice relaxing thing to do if you have late flight etc. Did not eat there. Only real negative was went up to the poor bar but no one around to serve so left, but as not a sunny day we didnt ask reception. Good access to train links and small walk to the town which is lovely.

We stayed 26-28 Feb, 26. Lovely location by the water. Had to ask twice for more hangers. One of the two lifts is broken. Towels are very thin. Building noise from 7am every day next door. Food is very nice. Roof top bar is cool. No fresh bottled water left by the maid.

Nice clean room(508) however there was a packet of tablets behind the bedside cabinet on right hand side and dusty, the decor is showing it's age along with damages to wallpaper and scuffs on walls, there was once a door covering the mini fridge that was missing, the air conditioning, we diddnt use, however we tried to warm the room up bit couldn't manage to get it to work/ non responsive. There is obvious signs there used to be voil curtains aswell as normal curtains but these seem to be missing. The toilet made a strange gurgling noise after being flushed. charging to use a tea bag or coffee capsule I have not seen for a long time when in all other hotels I have stayed in tea coffee and water is complementary in a room. There is a broken vase on the spiral staircase on the 4th floor. An intermittent high pitched noise coming the sound system in the foyer bar area, the roof top bar is very nice but the furniture looks a bit tired, all staff were very polite and friendly, upon check in another member of staff would have helped to reduce the time to check in (almost 45 minutes) apart from all that, sorry for the negativity it was a very pleasant stay for one night.

The suite we stayed in was lovely and spacious. The pool has a fantastic view with very helpful staff. The spa is well appointed and very reasonably priced. The only downside was the elevators were not working so we had to use a single elevator which took a long time. But would absolutely stay again.

This should be a great hotel but was so badly let down by lack of attention to detail. The rooms are a dreadful and really frustrating design. There isn’t anywhere to hang any wet swimming gear for example. The pool was grubby and over crowded and the breakfast frequently ran out of food. There are much better in Sitges than this.

Marketed as 4 star boutique hotel but sadly let down by condition of bedroom. Chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper did not reflect the rest of hotel. When issues including photos sent to hotel no offer of compensation just thanks for raising issue. Would not stay with this hotel group again based on this experience

Great location, lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. However, it needs to get with the 21st century. Tv has limited channels and no option of screen mirroring or access to media apps such as Netflix etc. Bedroom also had no full length mirror which was a shame. Also nowhere to hang wet towels. The rooftop pool is also very small with limited sunbathing options

We had high hopes for this hotel having heard from other people but overall found it a little disappointing. Initial impressions are really good - the lobby is bright and impressive, and the room looked good. But after a day or so the cracks started to appear. The hotel was obviously really plush when it opened but it seems that there are areas that haven’t been updated. Wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the corridors are scuffed, one of the sinks in our room was cracked and the tap leaked, the shower door did not close properly and soaked the bathroom every time it was used (we were in 404). Toiletries are decent but no tissues in the bathroom. The WiFi is absolutely hopeless, it drops out every 30 seconds or so. The view from our window was also pretty grim - it looked like there may have been a planted area outside but now it’s just gravelly dirt. The rooftop pool is tiny and you can’t really sunbathe up there - it’s more for drinks and eating and is definitely good for that. We didn’t use the gym, spa or restaurant. Staff were friendly enough. Location though is great with easy walking to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants. I’m not sure we’d stay again - would need to know that some of the other rooms are a bit better appointed.

Dirty, not clean and general bad maintenance

We’d been here some years back and then we were very happy about out. Sadly this was not the case this time! Best thing about the hotel is: nice location, great gym and rooftop and pleasant people working in the breakfast area. BUT about the rest: The hotel is very dated and tired and you can see that there is a lack of general maintenance. In addition - it is NOT CLEAN - both in our room (superior) and in the common areas. When we went and told them about the lack of cleaning, they took a note of it but we never got any feedback at all - and we did not experience any improvement. The were paint crakcing from the ceiling in the bathroom, the glassdoor to the bathroom was cracked, and the AC - when turned on to actually cool the room down - started dripping (we got told this was not news to them - but then someone should fix it insted of doing nothing). Even when checking out nobody asked us about our stay or followed up on our comments about the cleaning. When we booked and upgraded our room we did so to stay at a 4 star hotel with the quality one should expect to get - but this was not a 4 star experience. We will not stay here again and in the city of Sitges there are lots of hotels where you get a lot more value for money.

Junior suite has an open design so the bathroom is always in full view of the rest of the room, noise and lights in the middle of the night. And a silly unusable bathtub just waiting for someone to break a few bones as no bars to get out. Rug in room needs changing as it’s many years old. No grab bars I shower.
