The room had majorproblems with ill fitting windows, allowing wind to cause horrendous draughts and rain to come pouring in to both the main room and the bath room. The problem with water ingress was very visible throughout the building.The hotel is very clearly in need of major refurbishment. It was also very disappointing to be told there was a bar, then to discover that their was very few of the drinks shown on the bar menu being available (no beer/lager at all).

Great stay in a lovely room with warm welcome.

We were welcomed warmly to the hotel.Our room was huge and looked directly onto the beach. There was a choice of bath and shower or level access shower. All the staff we met were friendly and the reception area has been refurbished since our last stay with a new breakfast room and bar. The room was clean with good heavy curtains.

Hotel parking easy, right in front of the hotel, you can purchase a parking permit from the hotel or pay via your phone. 5-minute walk to loads of fantastic restaurants. 10-minute walk to the pier along the beach front. Hotel room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, TV had a great selection of channels to watch from, had a great sleep! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money!

We had a huge sea view room But the whole hotel needs to be brought up to date The lift has no buttons you have to stick your fingers in the hole of the floor you need It’s such a shame because it’s an ideal location for The Congress theatre don’t expect a lavish breakfast as its cereal ,toast and get there early as there was nothing left at 8.30/9 not a croissant left No hot food and no member of Staff to ask to refill cold meats or pastries I’m glad we had only booked one night would go back if it was modernised
