One of the worst all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Food was horrible. Staff not friendly. No AC in the elevator or halls. aC stop working in the restaurant.

So there is the Grand and the Luxury; the Grand is in a period where they are about to do a massive renovation and it needs it 1000%. The location was wonderful, the pool closed too early and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was great, the saxophonist (exceptional), the violinist (exceptional) the Dj’s and fun party on the beach (wonderful). This property will be amazing once they have renovated. So until then stay at the Luxury.

Dirtiest thing's need to be repair room service is terrible..i have been there 3 times but this time made realize i am never coming back.. if yal are not going to repair or clean the rooms because yall closing for a year than do it now 😤 its mot fair to take oir hard earn money

I ignored the bad reviews and I REGRET IT. THIS WAS THE WORST FOUR DAYS. BETWEEN THE HUGE ROACHES, NO HOT WATER (the shower water was ICE cold) and the cable having a error on the screen that says the Dish payment is due (did the hotel not pay their cable bill!’!? We took a pic because we couldn’t believe it. It kept coming on the screen all four days preventing us from watching tv at night)
This is NOT a five star hotel. More like a three star.
I will be reaching out to Expedia because I can’t believe I paid for this type of service. Over 1k WASTED

I like that they have maintained and are upgrading the property. Also the fact that they always have a good food selection. Food is awesome as well
