Everything felt relatively new. Gym was a nice feature. I felt safe and room noise isolation was good. There were elevators to take you to the other floors. I brought my own mobile WI-FI with me so I didn't need to purchase a Wi-Fi plan. I didn't see an ice maker anywhere.

We requested an accessible room. I never received notice that the request would not be possible so I could make other arrangements. My father-in-law is unable to get into a bathtub. He must have a walk-in shower with a seat. In addition we pulled the covers down in our double queen room to find blood and either chocolate or feces on the sheets. I went to the front desk to see if we could get the sheets changed. The girl managing the front desk was shocked by the fact that housekeeping would let this happen. She was the only person on shift that night. I asked if she could give me the sheets so I could change them and bring her the dirty linens. She was very accommodating and saddened by the situation. The next afternoon the manager called while I was in the shower. He indicated that he wanted to refund one of the rooms and asked if I could come down to see him. When I got down there, his intention was not to refund one of the rooms. He was going to refund the room and apply it to another one of their hotels so we could have an accessible bathroom for the second night. I told him no that we already drove 26 miles to my son’s house so my father-in-law could shower before my son‘s wedding. When I told him about the incident the night before… he blew it off and said he would refund me half for the second room. He was very arrogant. We will never stay at another choice brand hotel again. I doubt I will see the refund!

The key kept malfunctioning for the room so extra trips to the front office. When I requested a late check out they said “sure we can do noon”, Then I asked “do you need my room number?”, they said “yes”. Tried to get into my room at 11:10 and the key did not work. Again. I needed to push back plans which required a late check out in the first place.

The room was flooded out and no one bothered to contact me until two hours after check in. When I arrived I was told to come back in an hour or two and something would be worked out. I decided, rather than stay in a room that was flooded with an elevator that was not functioning due to the flood, that I would cancel and just drive three hours home.

I read the reviews on how clean this place was and was like heck ya. I book a room for 2 nights and have somewhat of a good feeling about this place. Then we arrive and it looks nice until we get to our disgusting room. Mesa was booked for the weekend or we would have left. Linen on bed was covered in dirt from the feet of previous room stayer. Floors have dog pee from previous dog/dogs. No pots/pans in kitchen and staff literally refused to sell me the kit they sell there because “ it’s junk and expensive, go to the dollar tree”. We had 4 people in a 4 person room they only allowed us to have 2 towels and had to turn in the 2 towels we had to get 2 more?! If you have to stay here at least it’s safe. But I highly do not recommend this hotel.

There was blood on the floor in the room a woman’s eyelashes laying on the air conditioner. Also laying on the mattress underneath the blankets. The TV was all unplugged. There was hair in the toilet in the bathroom. The room was not clean.
