I made the reservation approximately 4–5 months before our stay. In the reservation notes, I requested a baby cot for our child. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no baby cot in the room. I asked the receptionist again, and I was told that the staff would bring it by the evening.
When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the baby cot had still not been delivered. When I asked the receptionist again, I was told that they would not be able to help us. As a result, we had to sleep in the same bed with our two-year-old child, and during the night our child was repeatedly at risk of falling out of the bed.
The next day, after requesting again, a baby cot was finally provided. However, no suitable bedding or linen was supplied for the cot, so we had to place our own blanket inside it. Consequently, we spent the night without proper bedding and felt cold.
In addition, the room we were assigned was not accessible with a stroller. There was no ramp even at the hotel entrance. We had to carry the stroller constantly.
The only positive aspect of the hotel is its proximity to the Christmas markets.
