I stay at this hotel at least three times a year when attending business meetings in the Pharr, Texas area. Until now, my experiences have generally been fine, despite the hotel undergoing renovations for a long time. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered several issues.
The bathroom lacked towel hangers, and the TV was not functional, even though I reported the problem twice without any follow-up action. Additionally, I requested a thorough cleaning of my room, but the staff only made the beds and replaced the towels, leaving the floor covered in the same dust and paper that had been there before. This trip was truly disappointing. I encourage the hotel management to consider installing towel hangers in the bathrooms and enhancing the cleaning service to provide a better experience for guests.
