I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc.) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours. Breakfast buffet was pretty epic, fairly priced, and with broad enough hours that you could get away with only eating 2 meals a day. Service and cleanliness was top notch. Pools were in good shape and beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. Easy walk to the R1/R2 bus stop which brings you everywhere for

Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by.

We loved the situation ( safe and on the quieter side of the hotel zone). We had also 3 great excursion organised and everything went smoothly. Food was good and safe even though the prices are at Canadian levels. We had a room facing the laguna: even quieter ajd with gorgeous sunsets. Having a strict check in policy until 4pm on a beach hotel is terrible. People are asked to leave their room at 10:00 am and new guests can only enter at 4pm it’s hard to believe they can’t manage this more effectively especially for short stays. Staff was very friendly and the facilities are great especially the flowride personnel were great!
