Um Resort de Luxo

Na recepção do hotel você já sente que escolheu um hotel de luxo, e isso se confirma quando chega ao quarto e também nos restaurantes e demais áreas do hotel. O quarto é muito espaçoso, com camas e travesseiros grandes e confortáveis. A ducha é sensacional. Uma preocupação nossa na hora de escolher o resort em que íamos ficar era com a comida, uma vez que encontramos muitas reclamações neste quesito em praticamente todos os all inclusives de punta cana. Mas só temos elogios a fazer em relação aos buffetts, tanto no café da manhã como almoço e jantar, sempre com grande variedade de carnes, peixes, frangos, saladas, pães, frios, etc, e comida muito saborosa. Muitas opções mesmo. Quase impossível não encontrar algo que vc goste. A área de praia e piscinas tem una estrutura ótima, com um snack bar que oferece uma boa variedade de itens para uma refeição rápida. As piscinas maiores não são aquecidas mas nos dias de calor e sol não faz falta. Fomos em todos os restaurantes temáticos e gostamos mais do mexicano e do dominicano. O italiano e o brasileiro achamos que podem melhorar. As reservas podem ser feitas por app e pode ir neles todos os dias. Tem carrinho de golf o tempo todo para se locomover pelo resort. Nossa filha de 3 anos adorou o sorvete e os shows infantis que tinha todas as noites. Tivemos um problema com o cofre do quarto no primeiro dia mas liguei na manutenção e em uns 5 minutos já tinha um funcionário batendo na porta e o consertou. Voltaria com toda certeza.

It was beautiful but not very clean

It was a beautiful setting and the staff were so lovely. We always saw the same staff which shows that they work day and night to make sure we are comfortable. Lots of respect for the staff. We had the honeymoon suit which was lovely but kept facing issues with the plug and it took ages to fill up. We did have cockroaches in the room and my husband was very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea. It wasn’t very clean. Lots of Hispanics who are very rude and pushing in around the buffet. Buffet was ok but we didn’t eat there much due to being platinum members so we were able to go to a restaurant each night. It’s very worth it to pay extra to be platinum so you can have comfortable sun loungers. The activities looked good. Food was swarmed by flies all of the time. They try and get you involved in timeshares (Joan was a member of staff who would not leave us alone) and they pester you.

Je suis globalement déçue par cet hôtel qui certe a de belles infrastructures mais le service au client est médiocre les gens qui travaillent à l hôtel pas souriant peut être est ce du au fait que cet hôtel est bien trop grand avec un brassage de gens qui laisse peu de place à l humain Les chambres sont belles mais puent l’humidité il y’a. Beaucoup de bruit et les toilettes sentent Pas de jus pressé pour un 5 étoiles et la nourriture laisse à désirer nous avons été malade ma fille et moi

Great Family Friendly Resort

The resort was good and everyone was very friendly! I traveled with my husband, 3 kids (1 is special needs), and parents. Rooms: We asked to move rooms because our first room smelled like mold. The people at the reception were understanding to our needs and moved us quickly. Our new rooms were great! The rooms smelled clean and we had a better view of the outside. Bathroom area: Glass doors so not much privacy in the shower and bathroom. We had a mini refrigerator with complimentary sodas, beer, and water. Everyday our fridge had fresh cold drinks. Restaurants that were included: Good food and a variety to cater to all people. The pizza, fried platanos, sea food, and fries were all good! I would recommend to make early reservations to the Brazilian and Italian restaurants. Both restaurants were great and included. My 6 year old is special needs and a picky eater. I had to bring ready made instant rice with me on this trip because that is all he eats. Everyone at the restaurants were nice and understanding and they found ways to heat up his rice everyday. I always tipped them for this extra service. All drinks at the bar were included and were made very good. My favorite was Coco Loco! Water activities and other services are available for an additional fee. I booked mine with the resort and the prices were reasonable. We did jet skiing, banana boat, parasailing, and spa. Overall, the resort was beautiful and fun! Please visit the ice-cream and cappuccino shop and theater.

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. A comida é saborosa, os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos. A praia é linda e os restaurantes que precisam de reserva são muito gostosos de ir. O charme do hotel são as piscinas e os animais que ficam solto. Realmente o contato com a natureza faz toda a diferença! O hotel deixa a desejar apenas no atendimento lento do restaurante principal (na hora de servir café) e de fornecer toalha nos quartos. Pequenos detalhes que não fizeram diferença para que tivéssemos férias maravilhosas!

the food was terrible. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was either cold, bland, or overcooked. The limited menu options didn’t help, and the dining area itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The staff were equally disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Simple requests were ignored or met with attitude, and it often felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Professionalism and courtesy were clearly not priorities for this team. As for cleanliness – or lack thereof – the room was in rough shape. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the floors were sticky, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. Common areas were no better, with overflowing trash bins and dirty carpets. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. Between the unappetizing food, unfriendly staff, and unhygienic conditions, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere – this place is in desperate need of improvement on every level.
