I am not able to comment at all on this property. This terrible rating is for Expedia. Not for Casa Del Mare. We were not able to get into the property because Expedia do not send us the message from them telling us where to check in, which was not at the property. we ended up booking a much more expensive place farther from the center than we would have rathered. Then, to make it worse Expedia‘s website was all messed up that day and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help. Furthermore, I also got a message from Expedia that said that the property wasn’t available and nobody knows where that even came from. Hopefully, Expedia will be responsible for the cost to the property owner. We will be contacting it with our credit card.
