It's your basic, budget hotel right outside the red light district. They had a 3rd-party vendor that sold water and snacks but their pay machine was broken and the hotel staff was unable to help besides saying, we called them. There was a particular bartender who said to get tap water instead of selling a bottle of water behind the bar. Same bartender made sure we stayed at the hotel before he would serve us, like it mattered....?
At check-in, I was greeted with 1 word - passport. Everything was entered in silence, and then I was handed my room keys. No brief about breakfast/prices, where the elevator was, etc. Super cold and unfriendly.
