The location is great and safe in the heart of Cartagena old city center. The cleanliness was great. The mattress is comfortable. However, the customer service during check in, check out and the entire stay was a disaster. You feel like you did not pay for your room and you are not welcome. The shower is cold and the water pressure is very low. The room does not have a window you can open and close. I won’t return back to this hotel and I won’t not recommend to visitors who care about a good customer service. Forgot something, keep in mind they will knock at your door at 11AM to push you to check out. Even with this poor customer service, they could not spoil my travel experience. Cartagena is wonderful and worth visiting.
