Quiet location, across the road from a beautiful beach. Room is a good size, 24 hour laundry facilities is always a bonus when travelling. Option for clean towels every day. Pool/beach towels provided at reception. Excellent BBQ facilities to use. Love a kitchen with a decent size fridge when staying for a few days.

A coastal gem.

Great Motel at Kinka Beach so very quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchenette had everything required. Handy to Yeppoon and Emu Park. Dinner at the Waterline at Rosslyn Harbour is also recommended. Our 2 nights was perfect. Thank you.

A traditional gem .. small motel, family owned. Very comfortable palm themed room, tv with various extra channels and great bbq area, equipped with everything you would need. There is a pool but didn’t try. Would recommend.

we had a unit with kitchenette. It was refurbished and very clean and comfortable and had lovely decore. The grounds, pool area all very nice and well kept with plenty of room for parking. Conveniently located between Yeppoon and Emu Park. The only small problem was a few ants in unit so couldn't leave anything out.
