Sometimes you get what you pay for

As I pulled into the parking lot to check in, I immediately noticed a large crowd of people, with motorcycles in the parking lot drinking. Apparently, this hotel hosts bike nights on Thursdays throughout the summer. There were a band and an outdoor bar that was set up in the side parking lot. I would say there were between 125-150 people there drinking, dancing, and listening to the band until 9 PM. I know 9 PM isn't late, but the band was literally set up in the parking lot, right below my window (lucky me). I have no problem with hosting a bike rally as a business; however, it would have been nice if I knew ahead of time. The gentlemen that checked me in were nice and friendly. There are two restaurants (Chili's and a local Italian restaurant) in very close proximity (My meal at Chili's was not very good). The elevator was broken, pool was closed at 7PM (instead of the published time of 10 PM), there was no working vending machines (and nothing nearby to walk to). Not my worst stay ever, and sometimes you get what you pay for.

Won't be rushing back

Was not told prior to arrival that the elevator has been broken -- For over a week! We were on the 4th floor! The suite was big but definitely needs some TLC. Guy at front desk was nice. The restaurant/bar is terrible

Poor accommodations

Elevator not working, stairway dark, cig burns on furniture. Old ratty lamps, bands play there and can’t sleep. Side doors don’t lock. Outside facility not maintained. Only Tv is Roku. Staff was nice.

Experiencia un poco desastrosa. El ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso. Al llegar, el colchón olía a pis. Pedimos cambio de habitación, pero no había, así que nos pusieron un cubre colchón...pero la sensación de dormir en una cama sucia no nos la quitaron. Lo único positivo, el pequeño desayuno gratis que ofrecen en recepción. No repeteria este hotel, ni lo recomendaría...

Do not stay here

Very unimpressed. The photos are misleading because the hotel is poorly kept- shabby and in need of attention from the very small staff. Elevator was out of service our entire stay and reviews on Google indicate this is a regular occurrence.

Refrigerator didn't work. The place where a desk is supposed to be was vacant. No microwave! Saturday was like a rock concert till 1:00 AM. Couldn't sleep. Not much good I can say. But no they weren't going to do anything about it. No elevators either. Place is a joke as far as I can say!!!

Not worth it! Unsafe!

This hotel is in need of serious updates. My hotel was what looked like ceiling and wall repairs were done by a 5yo. Ceiling in bathroom looked like it was about to fall in. The service was pretty much nonexistent, waited a long time for someone to check me in and out. Was told by the front desk the elevator just broke yesterday so i would have to walk upstairs to my room. Read reviews and found that the elevator has been broken for almost a year. The stairwell to walk upstairs was dimly lit holes in the walls smelled and was very dirty. The side door to the hotel was unlocked all nite. I was told it was broken. This is a serious safety issue as this door leads right to the dtaiwell. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Elevator was broken, no offer of help to get bags up to room. Room wasn’t in great condition. Lots of little things not unkept in room. Chairs were stained. Room not very clean.

When we arrived, the elevator, the ATM, one of the drinks machines, and the snack machine were all out of order. The room we were given still had dirty sheets on the bed. We were given a different room. This one had been cleaned, but was definitely looking tired and worn. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower, so made do with the one bar of soap intended for the sink. The lighting on the stairs (which we had to walk up and down because, yep, no elevator, was inadequate and felt like an invitation to a mugging... That'll do for the purposes of this review.
