We had a wonderful stay everyone was really nice and the bed was very comfortable and we slept really good all night. They were really good with our service dog. Thanks for a great night.

My room was clean. Check in was fine, and the receptionist was pleasant. I didn’t use any amenities as the pool and spa were unavailable at the time. For the price it was fine. Don't expect front desk staff to go out of their way for you: the phone was not answered when I called the front desk and when I asked for a place to print pages I was just told no, I "just need to look it up baby doll" (I'm 50 years old). When I asked to mail a postcard I was also told no. Not "theres a mailbox..." just no. I've worked in the hospitality industry, and this isn't the response I was trained to give. Cleaning and breakfast staff were outgoing, friendly and pleasant. Despite having loads of laundry one lady asked how my day sightseeing went. I appreciated that. Other people definitely seemed like repeat guests so there's that.

The breakfast was good and everyone was very nice. The patio area by the river was the best. My only issues are the beds are rock hard. I might have been more comfortable sleeping in the grass. And from our room to the lobby where the breakfast was we had to exit the room, go down the elevator, leave the building, walk up a hill around the building and reenter the building. Never seen that before.

the housekeeping was not there,apparently all the staff quit the day we got there. we were told that if we wanted clean towels we would have to take the dirty ones to the front desk. same with the garbage. if we wanted to clean we would have to do it ourselves.it took a coupe of days and several trips to the front before we were finally able to sort things out. the inn itself is lovely and the view is scenic. they need to get the housekeeping issues resolved. It's hard to believe the whole staff left of the same day, plus no one bothered to tell us at the time we checked in. all is all a very unsatisfying trip.
