Great stay in Pisa Really happy with this hotel. The food options were solid, with plenty of variety. The bed was super comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out exploring. Internet worked perfectly the whole time, no issues there. And the location was spot on, with easy access to transport. Would definitely stay again.

Charming retreat with beautiful views

Tucked away on a quiet street in this serene city, the property is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, tastefully furnished. Our Panoramic Loft apartment lived up to its name, offering enchanting views over the picturesque old neighbourhood. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. While the breakfast was fairly simple, the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We only wish we had stayed longer.

Lovely hotel near restaurants & the leaning Tower

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the leaning Tower of Pisa and close to the city center. (It took us around 25 minutes to walk from the railway station, with suitcases). The hotel was also a lovely, old building, and the room was generous and beautiful. Breakfast outside the next morning was good, and the waitress was lovely. However, the communication with the lady at the front desk, Laura, was a bit challenging. When we arrived to check in, at around 4.30 pm, the first comments we received were ones of annoyance that we hadn't written to say when we would arrive. She (apparently) didn't know that we would arrive - even though we had paid in advance and never write to hotels to announce we arrive if we plan to arrive when the reception is open. In fact, we've rarely been asked to do so, and it would be annoying to write to 3-4 different hotels during a vacation when we've already paid. From then on, she seemed somewhat 'disappointed' in us, which put a bit of a damper on an otherwise lovely hotel experience.

What an adventure! The google directions intimidated us and we had a moment turning down a very narrow street like, will this car make it … but we made it! And it was worth it. The hotel is very charming. Alice at the front desk was very pleasant/ helpful and helped walk us through parking. Pisa parking is a bit intimidating and she made it easy. Very safe hotel and the room with the moonroof was so special. Waking up to the sounds of Pisa and sticking your head out to see the morning sun was very special. Tip: only stayed one night / no shower only bathtub. If shower is necessary, request a room with one. Breakfast was outstanding too! And easy walk to the tower.

The location was convenient to the Leaning Tower and the hotel was lovely with a garden cafe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable area and a short taxi ride from the airport.
