The property is a beautiful, secluded site. A bit difficult to find but well worth the effort. Beautiful terrace with the noise of the river running nearby. The lady who greeted us and showed us around was very polite and helpful.

Beautiful property! Just like the pictures. I absolutely LOVED all the windows and natural light. We got the bigger room, that’s in the corner so there was more privacy, I noticed the 2 other rooms windows kind of face out to the yard and you would have to keep your curtains drawn the whole time for privacy. We didn’t have a car so we had to rely on Adrian to call us a taxi to get into town (10 mins. ~60-100 pesos). We did walk back once and we got to check out a lot of shops between the hotel and the downtown we would have otherwise missed. I recommend befriending your Uber from the airport and making a deal to bring you back to Mexico City/ negotiate a price, bc it’s 1.5 hour drive and Uber doesn’t work out there… There’s also a couple friendly cats and dogs on property :)

Básico el lugar, si hay alberca pero sucia sin mantenimiento. No tiene aire acondicionado , solo ventilador. Los baños no tienen puertas No le dan mantenimiento a las regaderas, muy pocos orificios permitían el flujo del agua.

El lugar está bien si llegas en coche. Las instalaciones en si no están mal, pues mucho mobiliario es nuevo. Pero en la noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente y al otro día no había agua, había un poco olor a caño y el baño no jalaba bien. Tuvimos la mala suerte de tener en la habitacion contigua a unos chav@s que andaban de fiesta y se escucha todo y nadie que los calle.

No es como se muestra las fotografías, las habitaciones son diferentes, la limpieza se realiza cada dos dias, servicio del personal muy bueno y amable, necesitan más personal.

Lugar muy tranquilo algo alejado del centro unso 10 min en coche, pero el personal "Coyote" muy atento siempre al pendiente del whatsapp y en busca de la tranquilidad del huesped , lo recomiendo para descansar bien y dormir tranquilo.

El lugar es muy agradable y el dueño es una excelente persona

Las habitaciones son grandes y la vista es excepcional. El personal es amable, el hecho de que el baño no esté completamente cerrado es un poco incómodo. Algo en lo que podrían mejorar es en la limpieza de las habitaciones, la taza del sanitario estaba chorreada y las cobijas no olían muy bien así como revisar la habitación para control de la fauna dentro de la habitación.
