Beds made. No towels. Room not cleaned. Hair in tub. Hair on floors dirty toilet. Advised front desk. Was advised they would handle. All that was done was placing towels in room and wiping hair up. Room still dirty and toilet never cleaned. Very run down.

I got to the property to check in and it is not an operating hotel. There was nobody in the lobby. There was no computers or anything on the desk. There was just homeless looking people walking in and out of the motel with no sign of kidney Worker.

Worst experience ever.

Had worst experience in this hotel. For check-in, I had to go to Baymont hotel which is located in same compound. Baymont staff was rude. Roms were not clean and had very bad smell. There was no one available in Super8 reception area. They shows photo of beautiful swiming pool but the swiming pool does not have any water. Also, I had breakfast included in my reservation but no breakfast was provided. Other than that, garbage was being thrown out of windows by cleaning staff. Never expected such a bad experience from Super8 which is managed by wyndhum. Also, why hotels.com is keeping such hotels in their list. It should be removed immediately from their listing. Why should any visitor/customer suffers as they trust Super8 by wyndhum and hotels.com. I give 0 ratings to this hotel. @hotels.com, pleaese take required actions and remove it from listing asap

Bad experience staying at this place

It was really worst stay, the room was not clean, no trash bin available, no towels, even after complaining to front desk, they did not take any action. There was no breakfast available as well.

Wasn't even able to check in. No one at the front desk and no signs with any instructions. Apparently you need to go to the hotel next door to check in. Paid for a night that I wasn't able to use. Had to book another hotel and forfeit my money. Best to look elsewhere.

This place smells like weed and it's tucked behind a condemned building. You have to go to the nice hotel around the corner to get your card key for this dump. The AC is yellowed and hardly holding on.

Fire the housekeeper

There were no towels, toiletries, or pillowcases on the pillows. No remote for the TV. No way to operate the TV. WiFi password didn't work. Nobody would answer the phone when you called the number given when reservation was made.

This is a SCAM!!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted to a locked front door with a sign posted on it that the Fire Marshal closed the building down over a year ago. When we wrote to complain, we were informed that our room was being cancelled and there will be no refund. I cannot believe that this is possible at Super 8 or through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, it was a costly lesson that neither this website or that hotel chain can be trusted.

This was the WORST hotel experience ever!!!! We arrived late and couldn’t find the hotel because the sign wasn’t illuminated. The worker was exceptionally rude!!! She insisted I didn’t have a reservation and kept telling me she could only give me a room with a king bed, I had booked 2 queen beds as it was my mom, me, and two kids. Finally she found it. She did not tell us that it was actually in a different building. My mom is handicapped and we unloaded her and our stuff, I parked the car and came in to my confused kids looking for our room. I finally asked and she rudely told me it was in a different building, the original hotel I booked at but it seemed completely shut down. She pointed me in a direction, I tried to go that way but it was impossible to go that way. I asked why she didn’t tell me from the start and she rudely told me she did (which she did not!) It was midnight and my young kids were exhausted! We got back in the car, drove around to a different building, that looked abandoned and finally got to our room. However, it was very dirty, the ceiling was falling in and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, there was a dog barking in a room across the hall…and the room: NO TOILET PAPER, NO TISSUE, NO BATH TOWELS!!! I tried to call the front desk, of course, there was no answer. I tried & tried. Finally we decided to use wipes from our car and no shower. When we checked out I wanted to talk to a manager but there wasn’t even a person, just a sign saying no one was available!

Do not book this hotel! Rooms smell horrible, windows are broken out. No reception area, you have to go to Baymont! VERY unsafe place. Random people with their dogs hanging out in the entrance.
