8/10 Very good

The space was a convenient location and the room was very clean. It is quite small, so it is best for 1-2 people.
Rachel, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really, really nice and smart room. We (family of 3) had great space and this was probably the most spacious room on our trip. Everything was new and fresh. The only two drawbacks was that there isn’t any personnel present (which is fine until there is a problem - like the people underneath partying and being loud late at night) and you can’t store any luggage before or after check-in/out. We knew about the lack of baggage storage but it was really the only thing that we felt missing from an otherwise perfect stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Martin, 8-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything is good except location & space may not be ideal
LIEW, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved the layout of the rooms for 4 grown adults in Japan. Shower / bathroom was very nice for the price. Area has plenty of great places to eat with locals and transportation via train easily accessible. I would 100% come back for my next trip to Japan!

Stunning!

Stunning hotel! So stylish and beautifully designed space to be aesthetic and functional. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with excellent support. The location was brilliant being so close to the train station, cafes, restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Spotlessly clean and beautifully quiet!
Eden, 2-night trip

Location is great, can walk 10mins to Myeongdong. The hotel has an independent cafe near reception along with a GS25 convenient store on premises. Reception staff were great and accommodating. Had a lovely stay.

Was a great property just make sure to know that if you arrive early there is no place to store bags. It’s in a very quiet part of town so it’s a bit of a walk to all the touristy parts of town
John, 3-night trip

Tight rooms
Javier, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice clean place to stay. I’d say a little to small for 2 adults and 3 children but doable if you don’t plan on spending a ton of time in the room.
Morgan, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very tiny rooms but amazingly efficient use of space. Very clean and modern. A bit tough with finding spaces for all of our 5 suitcases. Very walkable. I can recommend and will stay again.

Even though the staff is not on site at the annex full-time, they were extremely responsive when I did have a request.
Steven, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel is about 9 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. If you need a place to sleep at night while exploring magnificent Tokyo, it is what you need. Other than that, it’s really small.
Khang, 3-night trip

automated facility, no ramp and small elevator just be a ware, room was nice, and we fit all 5 of us in the room and it wasnt to cramped
Drew, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

questionable security at entryway
Jason, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was a bit tight for 4 people. The beds were not comfortable. The location, however, is great. It is very close to the train station and many convenience stores. You can walk to many points of interests. Additionally, it is difficult to get in contact with any staff as there is no front desk reception. I was messaged through Expedia that I would be charged for a damaged tv; however, we never turned the tv on during our stay and were unaware that the tv was damaged and I am unable to talk to anyone outside of using the Expedia chat as there is no front desk staff.
Maria, 4-night trip

Some cons but would still stay here again!

This was actually our favorite hotel as a group of 4 during our stay in Japan. It was very cute for the size and absolutely loved the bathroom. My only con with this hotel was the simple mistake of going to the sister location, this was more on me but a good thing to keep in mind to make sure you’re going to the correct one. Other than that I did not love that I never saw 1 single staff member on site and if you needed assistance you would have to whatsapp the emergency number which is fine but response times were lengthy.
