I love this hotel. It's the perfect balance of old world, southern charm and modern convenience. The staff could not have been more friendly or attentive. They even delivered razors to my room at one in the morning! The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, and it's just across the street from a trolley stop for the sites that are just a bit too far away. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice, clean, and comfortable room. The location was close to all the attractions of Savannah such as the hop on and off tour began just a block away. The breakfast was good and had long hours of availability. Other than being required to pay an additional $35 a night for parking, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was good, breakfast average for Hampton Inn, air conditioning worked fine. Bathroom shower was not full functional as shower hand held did not work and had to struggle with getting shower head to work. Tile was cracked and obviously re-caulked in multiple places. Elevators were dirty and brass trim in bad need of cleaning and polishing. Overall appearance of hotel was an old, tired Hampton Inn, that needs a total renovation and not worth what we paid for the room for the weekend.

Beware that there are two Hampton Inns within a mile of each other in downtown Savannah. I thought I was booking the other one. This one turned out to be ok, but was a few blocks farther from where we wanted to be, and had some unpleasant traffic noise. Because I booked through Expedia and paid up front, there wasn't anything the staff could do to get our reservation moved to the other location, without our incurring a no-show and needing to pay a one-night penalty.

L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.

Buena propiedad sin embargo requiere varias mejoras en camas, almohadas y alfombras. Las alfombras tiene un olor a viejo. Las camas en general muy agudas y no tan cómodas para ser de la cadena de Hilton. El desayuno es promedio para lo que pagas. Requiere renovaciones en general. Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un Hampton inn y tengo estas preocupaciones
