room wasnt clean when we returned to it, walls super thin, couldnt sleep for the night because of it, too much noise from upstairs neighbours, complained to reception and they did nothing, room was extremely old and not super clean. Would not recommend.

A terrible stay. There was loud entertainment in the bar and it penetrated into the room. It prevented me from sleeping. They eventually moved my room but it took an hour and you could still hear it. The room was cold and the decor was old and tired.

The room had cobwebs on the lightshades above the bed and around the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Otherwise the room was good and the staff pleasant. However, the food for dinner and breakfast were both disappointing.

Quite sad really; clearly very under staffed. Breakfast appalling; no cups; breakfast food run out, and had to wait ages to replenish Kitchen doors no clean Clearly, the hotel relies on coach parties and not individuals/family Sadly, when things aren’t good, one starts to find faults and the experience is remembered for the wrong reasons. Perfectly Located Hotel

The location of this hotel is wonderful. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. The food was ok but not great for vegetarians. Overall a perfect place for a good night sleep but expect no frills other than the stunning views.

Charming but worn down

A charming hotel that has seen its better days. But for one night it was sufficient for us. Some issues with forgetting that we were thee, but they fixed it swiftly and nicely. However there seem to be some sort of conflict among the staff, where they would openly argue in front of us costumers, both at dinner and breakfast. It made them inefficient and slow. Breakfast was a bit of a chaos, food overcooked, and things ran out without being refilled, staff seemed stressed and irritated.
