A really beautiful, tastefully decorated, sophisticated boutique hotel in a great location, on the canal. Our room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft, fresh and fragrant - everything felt fresh and clean. You can but canal ride tickets at the front desk and it is a lovely thing to do. Parking was included and a short walk over the bridge of ribbons. We loved our stay here

Great Boutique hotel in Aviero

Fantastic boutique, in the perfect position to walk around Aveiro, check in was very helpful - free parking in the shopping centre car park - 5 mins walk, gave breif explanation of the historical points of hotel. Recomenndations for dinner - O Barrio was superb. Nice breakfast and of an evening sit on the 4th floor balcony having a drink from the honesty bar - the room was very spacious over looking the canal, good fun - excellent hotel

Everything about this little boutique hotel is beyond satisfactory. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are commodious and well appointed. And you won’t get a better location in the city you can start your visit with a boat tour which starts two minutes from the hotel.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel with only eight rooms in a once private palace. It’s elegant and funky, with a nice breakfast, located in a perfect spot. The staff are absolutely incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good standard of cleaning throughout. Staff very friendly and trying to be helpful. However the hotel has a number of underlying problems. The design is style over function - e.g only enough space to hang one towel/ inadequate storage for more than one or two day stay etc etc. The stay was topped off by a roof leak that required 2 bins to catch during a last night storm. Unfortunately this leak has evidently been occurring for some time. A shame as someone has obviously spent a lot of money on this hotel. Good breakfast.
