The front desk was closed and they made me waste an hour to try to get in using their portal which did not work and the foreign lady was not courteous nor was she professional. Her thick accent was a barrier and she just made me never want to come back.

For the most part it was good. But there wasn’t any linens for the pullout couch, the bathroom light flickered quite a bit (felt like we were in stranger things haha), and there were only 3 pillows total, and our reservation was for 4 people. I also had to call and get the room number and code because it never came to my email.

Room was clean. I was worried after reading current comments but the room was clean. Pros and cons. Pros: 1. It’s contactless check in. 2. Rooms were neat and clean 3. Ample parking 4. Affordable 5. Customer service answers at all hours Cons: 1. I wasn’t sure how to reach out to anyone for extra toilet paper or blankets. 2.The property shows as Non Smoking on most rooms however the halls do smell like smoke. 3. Terrible. Room filled with the smell of cigarettes and heroin smoke. Rooms were disgustingly filthy. Poor air ventilation. Windows do not open. Walls are paper thin. I could not breathe or sleep in the room due to my asthma. Management did nothing to resolve it. Still charged me for 3 nights although I left the very same day I checked in. They sent a security guard to my room to confirm the smell and she confirmed that it was and they still did nothing about it. This place is horrible and will never book with them again. Terrible experience.

Stay Away! Fake Pics and reviews!

So, we usually stay near ASU when visiting my daughter, but decided to try this place out. The listing was 4 stars and pictures looked fine. But the pictures were very misleading. They kind of look like the pictures, but the pictures are doctored up. When we first opened our car door in the parking lot, we smelled marijuana, which sometimes happens in the public. But as we went into the lobby, the smell intensified! It was in the hallway and also in our room! When we got to our room, the floor had this slick film on it (see video). It was gross! We mentioned it to the GM and she was apologetic and will have someone take care of it. Not sure if that happened while we were gone, but it was the same when we got back. Hair was on the bathroom counter and on the walls of the shower. Rat droppings on the floor. Just not clean! Room was missing a remote, and was given a remote that was taped together. “Gym” is a joke! Broken equipment. We were traveling with my 12-year-old daughter and did not feel safe, leaving her alone in the room or by herself on the property. It looks like they have a long-term rental option that may tailor to lower income families. Do not bring your family here! Actually just don’t come here at all! We told the management of our concerns and request requested a cancellation and a refund, but was denied. Read all the reviews! I’m sure the positive reviews are fake or purchased by the management.

Cockroach Fake 4 Star (actually 2 star)

This was NOT a 4-star. There were bars on the window. The view was pigeon poop on the roof outside my window, and YES, I saw a cockroach in my room. It was at this point that I grabbed my bags and checked out. Very difficult to contact staff, and the refund process was slow.

Aweful, bed bugs, roaches tons of homeless around property. I request a refund mainly because I woke up to bed bugs around my children and me but also because there was many other issues. They responded once for photos I then sent them and never heard from them again.

We did not stay the there we arrived approximately at 11 PM. I did not get my room number and door passcode so about an hour later at that point I was at a different hotel already. There's people working on their cars in the parking lot at 11 o'clock at my cars are going and coming. It's not a good vibe as you know what they're doing I'm just not good with people hanging around are vehicles all night long playing music
