There was a fantastic view of the bay and sandy beaches from the dining room.The hotel is very central but quiet and the food was very tasty with plenty of variety.The pool areas and planted areas are well maintained and attractive.I would stay here again.

No beach view from our block 8, nice big rooms but a little TLC needed throughout. Comfy beds, kitchen had what was needed, breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Regular change of towels & housekeeping.

At this hotel the staff are polite,friendly and helpful it's located in an ideal position with lots of amenities in the area. Some of the rooms have been refurbished,they are spacious clean and have basic cooking facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds there is a very relaxed feel about this hotel

Fint og barnevennlig hotell. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelig personale! Fint bassengområde med flere oppvarmede basseng. Barnebassenget med sklie kunne gjerne også ha vært oppvarmet, da dette er det som passer for de undrer 2 år. Helt ok utstyrt kjøkken til å kunne lage seg frokost/lunsj/kveldsmat. Rett ved en nydelig strand, tett på flere restauranter og butikker. Litt slitne fasader mot havet, men ellers fint.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and promenade. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. I arrived in the evening only to be told I had to wait at least fifteen minutes for a receptionist to return from a break before I could check in - it seems the reception is not properly staffed at all times, as the person who greeted me could not deal with check ins. I later discovered she was part of the entertainment team! My suite was lovely- lots of space, tv with many channels including UK regulars and decent bathroom. The lounge area led to a balcony as did the bedroom, but the latter had a single door that opened on to it, and this was not lockable as it had a key completed jammed into the lock on the inside. Preferring to sleep using the bed in the lounge area I had to use two wooden cube coffee tables to wedge up the bedroom door handle as a security measure! The hotel had a pleasant pool area with sunbeds and the grounds were extensive. The restaurant had wonderful buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner. It was very well run- tables well spaced, excellent service from the manager and all waiting staff but the female chefs were quite rude and almost hostile. The cleaners on the complex did a good job as did one particular female receptionist. The life guard / attendant at the pool area had a main concern of listening to music at the volume he desired rather than laying out sunbeds for arriving guests. Handy supermarket across the road.

Stayed on a B&B basis and was impressed with the breakfast. Unfortunately there is construction work directly next door so from 8am there is a lot of noise and as it’s only just started looks like it may well be 2-3 YEARS before completion.We stayed in block 11 which was yards away from the site as is blocks 7,8,9,10 so message hotel for a low block.

On the positive side the breakfast was good with a lovely view of the sea, the WIFI was very good. Unfortunately the building site next door was very noisy we couldn’t access the lift because of an accident which the police had caution off the atrium area. Also the balustrade stairs going up near the breakfast area broken away The main pool was closed whilst we where their so overall a very poor experience
Could not access the lift , not sure if this position where someone died at the hotel a few months back, very surprised the hotel hadn’t addressed the issue , and constant reminder for seriousaccident
Broken balustrade just laid across the stairs, again seemed like this is old old issue not addressed , but very unpleasant to look at and a constant reminder of a serous accident
Lovely view unfortunately the site before the sea is a building site and will be for a few years

Die Anlage ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt. An vielen Stellen, auch im Zimmer, blätterte die Farbe und zum Teil auch der Putz ab. Das Bad war in einem sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This hotel was like a building site during our stay Constant hammering, even at 8.15 am Pool drained for maintenance for a week, sunbeds cordoned off, bar not open for snacks and drinks No facilities for the week Had to change rooms due to flood in bathroom Hotel not fit to have guests whilst maintenance is being done to such an extent Was not informed about it before we travelled Very unhappy, not a restful holiday!

Stayed in galeon before you can’t go wrong for cleanliness towels every two days bedding every three days great for kids as well as there is a kids club in the day and in the bar there is different theme nights every night ( bingo karaoke quiz night etc) plenty to do at night bars restaurants the hotel is on the doorstep to the beach plenty of sun beds can’t go wrong with this hotel
