This is the safest and friendliest hotel available especially for this price. Iā€™ve stayed here many times and I have seen the staff be extremely compassionate and helpful to every guest. For example, they were personally using an app on their phone to translate for a customer who didnā€™t speak English and was trying to ask a question about their stay. They go out of their way to help everyone and they donā€™t gouge you, ever.

Nightmare stay

Talk about false advertising, I based my reservation on the pictures from their add on the Hotels.com website, this place is 100% Not what is advertised. First of all I paid for a king size bed what we got was a pull out filthy sofa bed. The sheets had god knows whose hair all over them. The entire room was dirty as you can see in the picture. I had already requested to change rooms because of the penetrating smoke smell of the first room I was given. Worst experience ever. Will never stay here again
