Excellent location near historic quarter. Tricky check in as only hotel on trip that didn’t look after luggage before check in, and had to pay for lockers (£15 in our case). Also charged for ‘welcome drink’ coffee. Otherwise pleasant, clean room and hotel, so an extra star if they sorted the luggage storage situation.

This hotel is located very close to the tourist attractions, so we could do shopping and sightseeing, and there were many restaurants to eat at, so we really enjoyed it. We would like to use it again.　 I'm Japanese.

Unfortunately you could hear the loud noise from the crossing nearby until fairly late at night. We could also hear someone’s TV in the night. Check in was very quick and easy, polite staff and a generally very clean and pleasant premises. The room was pretty spacious and very clean too.

岡山に来るときは大体ここでお世話になっています。チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがなかったり(代わりにコインロッカー有)、延長はできなかったり、BS放送が映らなかったりと、サービスは必要最低限ですが、アメニティは必要なものを取っていけるし、コンビニも近くにあるし、駅までも歩ける距離で、何よりお安いので充分だと思っています。 今回はじめてデラックスツインに宿泊しました。広くてのびのびと過ごせて良かったです。朝食は利用せず、散歩がてら美観地区にパンを買いに行っています。歩いてすぐなので、空いている夜や早朝に美観地区の静かで幻想的な雰囲気を楽しめます。 スタッフの方は外国籍の方も多い印象ですが、みなさん日本語で丁寧に対応していただけます。
