It wasn't terrible but wasn't good.. Our toilet didn't work for most of the stay, my husband had to keep flushing it manually. The floors were dirty when we first got into the room and there was a pill that my father in law found right under the couch, while he was playing on the floor with my toddler... Clearly the couch doesn't get moved to be cleaned under (which it should) and the cushions, those were gross underneath as well. Lastly our room was unfortunately underneath people that were having a domestic dispute one night and that went on from 1:30am-4:30am.. so we did not sleep since it was so loud we thought someone was breaking into our room when it first started happening. It was hysterical crying and screaming for hours...my husband went up to the front desk at 3am to complain about it and all they did was call up to the room and tell them that they had "another noise complaint" at this point they should've been kicked out or moved to another room (I think they were kicked out that morning??) I did not feel safe that night at all, I wanted to check out the next day but my husband said he would check with the front desk to see if those people were gone before we did that. Also the back door keypad didn't work half the time either, so we basically had to pull the door hard to get it to open. We usually stay at clarion pointe but wanted more room for our toddler to run around but we won't be making that mistake again

Some of the staff were nice people but the rest were arrogant and disrespectful, the bathroom had bunches of dirt and/or whatever in the corners, there are plenty of shops, gas stations etc. the breakfast I didn't eat I wasn't feeling well, they over charged me as with hotels.com the tax and everything is supposed to be included but I was charged tax again on my check in, and my card was over charged! The receipts I was given had numerous errors on it and when I tried to bring it to their attention I was told I was told I didn't know what I was talking about As far as respectful after the first week staying there they treated me like I was homeless, my bill was always paid on time and without any argument! I'm going through some things at home as I just buried my mom and never told them that but I feel VERY disrespected. When I first started my stay they were energetic and wanted my business but days before leaving I felt like a homeless person and received mostly disrespect!!!! Overall it was a decent stay and I didn't have to sleep in my truck!

The ceiling in the room was peeling. The hallways were super hot. The rooms matched. The A/C turned on but couldn't get it to turn down. Water pressure in shower not great (was nice and hot though). Check in stood there for 15 minutes, while customer after customer came up saying the room key wasn't working. 1 cashier who worked for 16+ hours (redhead), breakfast biscuits were stale and hard as a rock. Just not good. Yes $100 a night is great but for the extra $25 I'd stay at a better hotel.

Vent of AC/heater blew dust in my face when I turned it on. Bathroom VERY basic like Motel 6 or worse. Bed was comfortable. ONE cafeinated coffee for two person room. Helpful desk staff.

I'd rate it a C+ overall. The inside looks better than the outside. The switch plates in the room could have used a scrub down, but the room was clean otherwise. The breakfast area was very clean the first time I visited around 7:30. The next day I went up there later and guests had spilled sugar and such on the counters. The location is convenient, with plenty to do and good access to the interstate.

Don’t stay here Pay the extra money for nicer.

Staff started off Friendly and we even gave her a tip cuz she was so friendly then later on was not friendly and seemed annoyed by our needs. This motel was very dirty. Asked for sheets and blanket for my daughter that slept on the couch and receptionist seemed annoyed then gave us a sheet with black spot on it and blanket that was very old stiff and itchy. We asked again later for new linens when we noticed the sheet looked dirty and were not satisfied with blanket that also looked dirty and the receptionist then gave us another sheet with a cigarette burn and blanket still looked the same stiff old overheated in the the dryer kind of blanket. This hotel is very outdated and not kept up. The pool also was cold although the temp in the swimming area was very hot which didn’t make sense.At Breakfast the only fruit there was was rotten oranges. Bacon and sausage was gone and not replenished.
