Very friendly and helpful staff Manisha provided exceptional service and support, she’s very attentive and absolutely great at what she does. The location is great just 3 min from HB station. Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen. Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay for 9 days and happy to come back at anytime.

Maintenance man addressed our need for getting a washing machine working which meant putting us in another room right next door. I would recommend the Adina Dusseldorf to anyone travelling there. Room was ready before check in time, check in itself took a matter of minutes and the room was spotless. Hotel was very quiet for a peaceful sleep despite being busy in the bar area/pool area. Room and amenities are very modern and clean. I’d recommend and return.

When I stayed at Adina last week, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but from the minute I stepped through those doors, I knew it was going to be a good trip. The location is perfect, being so close to Dusseldorf Hbf, and despite the constant presence of trains you wouldn’t know it, as there was barely any noise for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (and chatty too, which is always a bonus!), and the room itself, in my case a studio apartment, was everything I could’ve hoped for. It was clean, it was well laid out, and the bed was comfy! Hurray! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’ll definitely be back next year! Huge thank you to all the staff. :)
