Great view, value and staff!

We will definitely be back!! Rooms were a little dated, but clean with an AMAZING view and easy walking distance to the Embarcadero. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend!

Overall the stay wasn’t horrible but could’ve been better for the price. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors stomping around. And we were on the second floor.. goes to tell you how thin the walls are. There wasn’t really any amenities in the room besides a coffee maker and an ice bucket but couldn’t find the ice machine on the property. We paid for an ocean view and the blinds wouldn’t stay open for the “view” so that was disappointing. The bathroom was clean, the bed was stiff and had no fitted sheet. Strange, but it was clean with a loose sheet serving as the fitted sheet. It was a little pricey for what you got out of the experience.

Love the location most of the important activities are within walk-able . Room was very clean and seems newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great price for the location

Key cards didn’t work so had to get them replaced. Room smelled bad and there was a constant buzzing sound. Couldn’t figure out where it came from.

Clean room, poor Wi-Fi, air conditioning was not working had to go get instructions from the office, which should’ve been provided upon check-in. Great location.
