We stayed here during Christmas holidays. Room was neglected - no house keeping (we were asked to come down to get towels), bland breakfast (e.g. plain oatmeal without any toppings), EV charger was not working (the reason for which we booked this hotel), rude front desk staff (they just didn't want to be there). The location was great for our family get together. The hotel is a bit worn. The room could have been a little cleaner. Dusty in some areas. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was mediocre. There was apparently a problem in the kitchen on the Sunday we were there. Front desk staff were very friendly.
