We had recently stayed at the Embassy suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and decided to use the same company when we’ve entered into Atlanta the next night. Unfortunately, our experience was not the same. We were told that there was airport shuttle service around the clock, however when we arrived at 9 PM, we were told that the driver had gone home for the evening. Then when heading up to our room, there was not enough towels for the five of us. We then headed down to the swimming pool where there were still no towels for guests. And we returned to our room at 10pm we called down to guest services and we were told that we would have to come down to get towels as only one person was working for the entire evening.
When I arrived at the front desk, the manager on duty took about 20 minutes, trying to find towels, but could only find one towel and some exercise room hand towels. There are other guests, waiting in line as well frustrated that there were no towels for the entire hotel. The manager on duty was apologetic but for a hotel this size to not have towels is crazy
