Les photos ne représentent pas du tout la réalité. La chambre était minuscule et très usée. Aucun savon, ou autres produits pour la douche. Ce n'est pas un hotel boutique. C'est des chambres petites et simples. Au moins, la chambre était propre.

This property was fantastic location for Old Montreal. The air conditioning was always on, which got quite cold in our room. We did have a little trouble with the door not opening to the room, via the electronic card, but these things did not dampen our trip. A terrific location that is for sure

The ”luxury room” was clean when I entered. But there was no toilet paper, and no room service during the whole stay: 5 days. The hotel looks a refurnished old office, doors and walls are like paper, you can listen steps, slamning doors, and noise all the time. Ventilation system is always on, so better come with earplugs. The best is the location.

Location great and affordable price.

Consider this review with the cost of the stay. The cost was very economical; I had a room that looked clean the day I arrived. The rooms in the hotel are located in the basement. Some windows let daylight in to the sidewalk. I kept my curtains closed, so the room technically had no windows. There are no amenities in the building. The location is great. There is no daily cleaning, but you can request the staff for towels and cleaning to put the trash out. Overall in comparison with the price, the cleanliness was better than expected and if you are not planning to spend too much time in the room; you would be ok.

La propreté de la chambre était médiocre la douche plein de calcium ce qui fait que la douche coule tout croche aucune débarbouillette les serviette sentait mauvais la lumière qui s'ouvre et s'éteint toute seule. C'était aucunement accueillant.

No parking on site. Had to park at the public parking which cost another $25 additional to hotel costs. Very dusty. Basement rooms which was not disclosed.

Check in was easy, the location is great, the room was very nice but the bathroom in sight disrepair. Just be warned that parking in the area is difficult so it would be a good idea to plan ahead. There is a pay garage a block or two away though.

Weirdest customer service ever

It was conveniently located next to the champ de mars station and the notre dame basilica. However, the hotel service was a little weird. Got the private room and the first thing i noticed there were no washcloths. I had asked for one and was told they no longer distribute them because families do weird things with washcloths and they’d rather not give me one. I had to run down to the mall to buy a washcloth to shower. The rooms weren’t cleaned during my whole stay even though i placed the sign requesting cleaning. When i asked about it, the front desk stated that the cleaning crew thought i was in my room the entire time (even though i made sure to remove the sign when i was in the room). When I asked for extra coffee stirrers I was told they never had them even though they were initially in the room. What really annoyed me was when i asked about laundry service on the last night of my stay and was told the washer for residents wasn’t working only to have a resident use it. It seemed like any time you approached the front desk to ask a question, they seemed really annoyed with the guests — not sure if the staff had a bad day or were overworked. The attitude didn’t bother me as much as the weird answers or hotel rules. I also didn’t like the rooms were in the basement and the windows were on the street. Great lighting but the public could peep in on you. I’d say pay a little extra for a decent hotel.
