This hotel advertises free accessible parking however they charged 23.50 for accessible parking. 20.00 and 3.50 for having to use the ATM because it HAD to be cash money, they wouldn’t take a debit card for it. Shady to say the least.

The room was under renovation. Dirty floor and bathroom. The comforter had cigarette burn and cigarette smell.. not iron or blow hair dryer. Our last night there the people running the establishment were fight and yelling profanity.

The room ac was not working properly towels were worn down you could see through them. Busy weekend in SA it was the affordable choice but NEVER again. Web Site offered free parking then checking in we were hit with a $20 CASH parking fee for our 1 car . SCAMED

$20 surprise parking fee

We were charged $20 parking fee just to park there. I think it's crazy if you're staying with them that they charge you a parking fee on top of your hotel fees. This is the first time out of all the times I have rented a room were am charged to park at the premises.

Very nice staff. The mattress still had the plastic from when it was purchased. So you get the plasti. Sound abd feel as you sleep. Also if you book with a third party you will get an additional charge for parking that has to be paid in cash (20).

The pillows were flat, the sheets were stained, there was a dried vomitus stain on the couch arm, dirty floors, and bug stains and droppings on the tv screen. We were offered a better room but before we could switch, an unusally large cockroach came out and was not deterred by us trying to shoo it away.

While this property is older and in need of a facelift, it is in an excellent location and the staff make up for any decorative issues. They are in the process of renovating rooms and public spaces, and the pool, while small, is clean and offers a respite from those hot San Antonio summer days. The rooms offer a microwave and fridge, and towels are replenished daily upon request.

Room was dirty our toilet had hairs on the toilet seat that were not ours, the bottom base board under the sink was ripped off and falling apart, the towels were not white they were so old they were brown. They also welcome you with a surprise “car parking fee” 20 dollars even if you don’t have a car explained by the front desk and cash is preferred for this “fee”! some people say it’s cause the booking is online but where else are you going to book the room ? We left room was too disgusting did not stay the night. I understand it’s a cheap stay but basic cleanliness would have been nice a clean toilet and clean towels is bare minimum.

Well they gave a us a room and then they call us back telling us we have to move to another room and it was as if they just left room old food in microwave no towels or toilet paper and no remote and plus didn't get deposit back

The night we arrived, two police cars were there. A short chase happened afterwards and the entire entrance area is terribly dark and unsafe. A couple who were not wearing shoes or decent work attire approached me to say they are the ones to check us in. The parking fee was way more than mentioned on expedia, and of course there was not help from the check-in people explaining what was going on or... . The worst stay experience of our life. Thank God the cops were there so that we could safely leave the hotel mid check-in and not look back. In short, don't get fooled by the price and stay away!
