Overall good stay

The checkin was smooth. The overall stay was good. The room is spacious and wooden flooring and I love that bcos it ensures cleanliness. The only glictch was the AC heating was not working and they gave us a sperare heater which we managed for 3 nights as it got cold in the night. The breakfast service was great with hot buffet. We are eggiterians and upon request they changed it to have only spinach omlette instead of ham omlet. That was very helpful.

Buena habitación, desayuno mejorable.

Muy buena habitación con camas bastante cómodas. Sin embargo, desayuno no tan bueno, con platos, vasos y cubertería de plástico. Ecológicamente, bastante mal. Sentía remordimiento después de tirar tanto plástico a la basura.

Do not recommend. Ridiculously expensive

Charged $310 for a below average stay ($240 a night,$20 per pet non-refundable). Hallway smelled weird, room felt void of life, and there was a sticky spot covered in hair by tbe bathroom. Would never choose this place again for a stay

It was okay.

For the most part our stay was fine. At 6 am the smoke alarm battery started going off every 30 seconds for about half an hour. It finally quit. The hot portion (which was ice cold) of the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The egg/mini omelette (I think that’s what it was) tasted powdery, gritty. One bite and that was it. Fruit choices were pretty limited, loads of bread/toast options though, and the coffee was hot and strong. Some distracting noise in the hall during the early morning, and late at night. The bed was comfortable the room was clean. The soaps shampoo etc were plentiful and nicely scented. Staff was friendly. This is not a complaint review. Our stay was fine. It wasn’t the best place I’ve ever stayed at but it wasn’t the worst.

As soon as I got into the tub to take my shower the curtain fell on the floor in the bathroom me and my wife put the curtain back on. Air circulation in the room was no good. Noise from upstairs was coming until midnight.

Give this Coast Hotel a try but brace yourself

We smelled the cigarette smoke right away as we entered the room. We went back to the front desk and ask if they can find another, aside from the 1st floor, because of my rhinitis. The lady at the front desk did not even check and just said that they are fully booked. We could not sleep the whole night because of the loud air-conditioning unit. it is so loud that we thought it is going to fall from the wall. Though, I have to say that the AC 'helped' masked the smell. Since we are at the 1st floor, it looks like the AC sucks the cigarette smoke every time someone smokes close to the AC which is close to the parking lot. The hotel do not have 'No Smoking' signs around the AC areas. The free breakfast was mediocre. Cheese omelet looks like thawed from frozen; they have the same size and shape, suggesting it was factory-made and reheated - disgusting. Coffee was bland. No liquid creamer. Vietnamese lady making coffee was not even using gloves when brewing the coffee.
