Our expectations were higher than they really were due to the hotel's reputation, but it was clean and there was a turn-down service. The mini fridge was really cold. The hot water didn't come right away, you had to drain it for a few minutes before you could take a shower. Pool and room service: unbelievable, how tasteless watery pizza and triangle sandwiches can even be made, I guess that's a skill. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel lobby has high-quality food, you can't go to Restaurant Nobu with a toddler unless you book a separate room for a separate fee! The staff was very friendly. The child received nice Christmas gifts for free from the hotel. 375 cl wine in the minibar cost 70 euros and beer 20 euros/bottle. The swimming pools were clean and the service at the pool was good in every way. A quiet and stylish hotel.
